Hey there! My name is Mark Warnick and 3vies is the pseudonym I use for my art. I am a writer, poet, storyteller, energy connector, photographer, futurist, engineer, artist, designer, founder, creative director, inventor, father, but Above all, I am a creator. I start things. Things that move me. I am deeply curious and annoyingly positive. I also strive to be respectful to every person with whom I cross paths.

I find myself most comfortable with kind, creative, passionate dreamers. Those are the people and stories that really move me. The ones who see a world no one else can see and then bring it to life. It’s probably because I consider myself an endless dreamer at heart.

I am no one important. I don’t come from money. I don’t have titles nor do I value them. I don’t really have any true reason for people to care about me - in a social structure I mean - and yet I surprise and intrigue most everyone I meet. The energy I bring to a room, conversation, or project is noticeable. I am a vessel or conduit for positive energy to flow into the world.

I live an ordinary life in an extraordinary way.

I sit at the crossroads of artist + creative entrepreneurs + intentional living. What I am best known for is speaking on how to make dreams a reality and bringing innovative ideas to life. MAGAZINE

I started the 3vies magazine to capture my journey of learning to live life intentionally with the hope I could inspire others to wake up to life. What began as a passion project continues to grow and amaze me. Each volume corresponds to a year of my life. So volume 30 is all the articles, poems, photography, interviews, and leanings curated together and published when I was 30. Volume 31 was curated and published when I was 31, and so on.

I also created 3vies as a type of laboratory to test ideas and figure out how to run a business. I am a big believer that we learn by doing. So I figured instead of going to school to be told about business, I decided I would just jump in and try to figure out how to build the life I wanted. As a byproduct, I built a brand/business I am happy to spend my life building.

I spent 3-4 years prior, trying a ton of different ideas, but 3vies and the magazine was the first process that made me feel alive. I fell in love with the process. That is the biggest trick to have a chance to stumble into success. Find a process you love more than money, and it will pay you back 100-fold throughout a lifetime.

I publish videos centered on my journey of making my art. I like to show some behind-the-scenes for photoshoots and interviews for a series I created called “People Who Inspire Me.” I travel around interviewing artists and creative entrepreneurs to learn the decision-making patterns that lead them to create their unique lives and how they navigate it all. WHAT DOES 3VIES MEAN? (pronounced “twah-vee” in French or “3-vee” in English)

3vies is French for three lives. If you live your life intentionally you can accomplish 3 lives in 1 lifetime.
