Mark Warnick Is A Visionary Artist, Futurist & Keynote Speaker
The Story of 3vies
He never set out to be a futurist.
Mark has always been effortlessly creative with a restless imagination. As a kid, he could recognize unobtrusive patterns and connections that were invisible to most. As an adult, much is the same, but now, it's with systems, industries, and ideas. He became a wayfinder of futures.
There was no straight path, no Ivy League credentials or insider networks. Just relentless curiosity, a camera slung over one shoulder, and a notebook full of questions. He moved between worlds: art and tech, poetry and patents, raising kids and raising ideas. And somehow, it all wove together.
People noticed. Not because he was loud but because he listened. Not because he had answers but because he asked better questions. His work earned over 35 US patents, touched emerging technologies, and sparked conversations in places that mattered.
But Mark never stopped creating. He founded 3vies—part magazine, part manifesto, part mirror. A creative lab to explore the beautiful tension between art, foresight and feeling. A living journal for intentional living, designed futures, and the raw, unfiltered human experience.
Now, he helps people feel what the future could be like — before it happens, so they can shape what comes next. Through future artifacts, workshops, keynotes, and one-on-one work, he guides organizations and individuals to imagine preferred futures and then build habits and maps to get there.
Mark isn't just thinking about the future. He's building it. One story, one art project, one soul at a time.
“I don’t do things to be seen.
I do things to create what others can’t see.”
Background
Mark Warnick is a futurist and inventor on 39 U.S. patents focused on next-generation interactions. For 15 years I led innovation projects, facilitated hundreds of workshops, and built the internal strategic foresight function at a top Fortune 100 Financial Company — which is where I learned that the hard part of the future isn't predicting it, it's getting an organization ready to build toward it.
Through 3vies, I help organizations do exactly that: translate signals of change into systems, strategies, and experiences that make emerging futures tangible.
I've been publishing the annual 3vies print magazine since 2015, hold an IFTF Experiential Futures Certificate, and speak regularly on the futures of AI, value exchange, and intentional living.
Philosophy
The most important skill you can gain is learning how you communicate with you. It’s listening to inspirations and intuitions, curiosity, work-as-play, and always exploring new parts of yourself. It’s learning all the different promptings and language your body mind and soul use to intercommunicate.
